What is CrossFit A1A?

CrossFit A1A is a back to basics gym located in the heart of the North Beach neighborhood of Miami Beach. We are dedicated to helping our members achieve their physical and mental potential through small group coaching, hard work, proper nutrition and CrossFit principles. Our trainers are certified by CrossFit as well as nationally and internationally accredited bodies.

Who is CrossFit A1A?

We are men and women that have one thing in mind: Fitness. Not sickness, not wellness, but fitness. We are from all walks of life. You will train with former and current pro and college athletes as well as people who have never competed. Who works out at CrossFit A1A? Personal trainers from other gyms, bankers, servers, lawyers, DJ’s, business executives, students, doctors and physicians assistants, educators, fire fighters, law enforcement agents and on and on. Chances are you will meet and befriend people from walks of life you never have had interactions with, and be better for it.

Where is CrossFit A1A?

We are located in the heart of the North Beach neighborhood, a half block from the Atlantic Ocean. We are one half block West of Collins Ave (A1A) at 230 71st Street, Miami Beach, FL 33141. From the South, take Collins Ave. North to 71st Street and make a left at 71st. From the North, take Harding Ave. to 71st Street, make a left at 71st.

What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a comprehensive health-and-fitness program designed for universal scalability; meaning so long as you’re committed, you can get started regardless of experience level. Rather than change programs, we change our loads and intensity to meet the demands of everyone from the elderly to the elite.
